Cityscapes and emotion

T-6

I wrote yesterday about emotion and landscape photography, or cityscape photography for that matter. Here's another example.

Rockefeller Center, 8:30am, May 2012

You've all been to Rockefeller Center, maybe even during the Christmas season when it is brightly lit by early afternoon and jammed with people looking at the lights, the giant Christmas tree, and each other. I came through yesterday morning. Even though it was rush hour for the workers, the tourists seemed to be mostly asleep at 8:30am. The only crowds in this area were outside the Today Show studios, which is on the other side of the Plaza from where I was for these pictures.
